Counsel to the Society
The Medical Staff Society has retained David A. Zarett, Esq., of Weiss Zarett Brofman Sonnenklar & Levy, P.C., to serve as its legal advisor. Mr. Zarett has extensive experience in physician relationships with hospitals generally, medical staff privileging, physician employment, and dedicates his practice to representing physicians in the healthcare industry. The Medical Staff Society seeks advice and counsel from Mr. Zarett regarding issues of importance, including the formulation and amendment of bylaws, which govern the relationship between all medical staff members and the hospital.
